Full-day workshop with video feedback. Participants give two presentations and receive structured individual and group feedback. Suitable for professionals who present internally or externally.
Clear Communication at Work - Session 1
First half-day of the two-session communication module. Focus on message structure, audience adaptation, and written clarity. Participants receive the between-session assignment at the close.
Professional Networking Essentials
Full-day workshop on professional relationship building. Morning covers theory and approach; afternoon is a structured practice event with debrief. Suitable for professionals at any career stage.
Certification Programme - Cohort 4 Intake
Orientation and intake session for the next certification cohort. Participants meet their group, complete individual intake conversations, and receive their programme workbook. The eight-week programme begins the following week.
Difficult Conversations: A Two-Session Module
Session 1 of 2. Maps participant challenges and introduces the communication framework. Between-session assignment given. Session 2 is scheduled for 23 September.
