1. About these terms

These terms of service apply to all services provided by Fundorento B.V., registered at Westplein 12, 3016 BM Rotterdam, KvK number 73841265, BTW NL363927724B60. By using our website or registering for any of our programmes, you agree to these terms. Dutch law applies to all agreements between Fundorento and its clients.

2. Services

Fundorento provides professional development training services including open group workshops, certification programmes, and in-company training in the areas of communication skills, presentation techniques, and professional networking. The specific content, format, duration, and location of each programme are described in the relevant programme information provided at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to modify programme content where necessary to maintain quality or respond to participant needs, provided that the core learning objectives remain unchanged.

3. Registration and confirmation

Registration for a programme or event is complete when Fundorento has confirmed the registration in writing by email. Places are allocated in order of confirmed registration. Submission of a registration request does not constitute a confirmed place until written confirmation is received.

For in-company programmes, a separate written agreement will be provided and must be signed before the programme begins.

4. Fees and payment

Programme fees are stated in the relevant programme information and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are stated on the invoice issued upon confirmed registration. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

For in-company programmes, payment terms are set out in the written agreement for that programme.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling by participants

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@fundorento.com. The following cancellation conditions apply to open group workshops and certification programmes:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation 7 to 14 days before the programme start date: 50% of the programme fee is due.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: the full programme fee is due.

Participants may transfer their registration to another person at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Participants may transfer to a different programme date subject to availability, with at least 7 days notice, on one occasion per registration without charge.

6. Cancellation or changes by Fundorento

Fundorento reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme where necessary, including where minimum participant numbers are not reached or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation by Fundorento, registered participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date. Fundorento is not liable for any consequential costs incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation.

7. Intellectual property

All materials provided during Fundorento programmes, including workbooks, handouts, frameworks, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Fundorento B.V. Participants may use these materials for their own professional development. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission from Fundorento is not permitted.

8. Liability

Fundorento is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in or absence from a programme. Our liability in respect of any claim arising from a programme is limited to the fee paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Website use

The information on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we make no representations about its completeness or accuracy. Use of the website is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on information on this website.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms in force at the time of your registration apply to that registration.
